Morning All,

Since I can find the Liz Lovely GF cookies locally and they are delicious I have been purchasing them off and on. HOWEVER, I have found every time I have one I have a very serious flare the next day along with terrible stomach pains and bloating. Doesn't matter which flavor it is. I honestly think it is becuase they are not made in a totally dedicated GF bakery. They make regular cookies also and I think the wheat from those settles and causes me this reaction.

Just throwing it out there in case someone else has had this reaction. Will hate not having them but the last of them hit the trash this morning.
