Today we got word that a friend of ours (the Otis group here in New City) passed away--
Would U all offfer a prayer for Sandy--
This bunch were so funny--cus Sandy Cohen -being Jewish -always called Louie a better **jew** than he cus Lou could always get a better bargain when dealing with purchasing anything~~~ that was their laugh--

Sandy and Phyllis Cohen moved to Florida when Sandy retired---but they always kept in touch---and TALK!! holy toledo--more than us ladies could---

Sandy had been battleing cancer---never complained--was always upbeat yet he and Phyllis knew the day would come when he would sleep peacefully and it did--

So Pete and lorriane--Betty and John--Louie and I are going to celebrate Sandy's life by going to Sandys favorite restuarant and letting him know how proud we are of his efforts to keep a happy face while going thru all the chemo and specially that he was our best *bargain* that life could have offered~~~~
Spoke with Phyllis for a few seconds and she said--Sandy luved all U guys so much!!!
