Barbara,

Sometimes blood vessels in diverticula can start to bleed, also. The doctor may be able to fix whatever it is, during the colonoscopy. You may recall that my brother had that problem a couple of years ago, and he waited so long that he was at risk of bleeding to death, before he finally went to the ER. They were able to repair the problem during a colonoscopy exam, though, and he hasn't had any problem with it since.

Best of luck with the procedure. We'll be sending our best thoughts, and waiting for your report.

Luve,

Barbara,

I will keep you and Lou in my thoughts and prayers. Just what you needed - another stress. Take care of yourself (and Lou).

thanks all----and Galahad I do recall about your brother----
Naturally I am a *wee* bit worried cus he has let this go on for many months now---but the issue has become a bit more frequent and he has made a crease on the seat!!!! -boy how honestly descriptive could I be----

Of course until we find out whats going on its a *shush* thing with the kids----they have their own issues to deal with and I know that Doug would be calling us every hour on the hour for updates!!!

Kids become your parents after a certain age------but its nice to know that!!!

Morning Barbara,

Yes amazing how ER gets a fast reaction from the medical world.

Lou and you are both in our prayers and hoping for a real positive outcome.

Love, Maggie

Didn't see this till just now, Barbara.

Anxiously awaiting the outcome. Seems like Louie has more concern with your health than he does his.

Hoping for news that all will be OK.
