Very interesting and I think something that a lot of us here know. Genetics just don't change that fast and it seems more food-driven than our genes.

That is a really interesting article. Every time I see publicity about gluten sensitivity it makes me happy and hopeful that things are changing and awareness is growing. There are so many people affected by this I just hope that it will finally be recognized for the huge problem it really is.
