Ant,

I don't believe these are quite as bad as the ones depicted in some of those movies, :lol: but these ants did originally come from the jungles of Brazil. They hitched a ride to this country on a ship.

As soon as they start crawling onto your skin, they start stinging, and they don't stop stinging until you either knock them off, or kill them. Everywhere they sting, a blister quickly rises, and burns like fire, (thus the name fire ant), and when the blisters rupture, you have to be careful that they don't become infected.

As ill-tempered as these ants are, they probably aren't related to you at all. :lol:
