vitamin E
So if vitamin E is in the ingredient list such as Kraft's Balsamic vinegar, does that mean it contains soy? I always react to that salad dressing without knowing why. I thought maybe with all the grape juice and sugar it was a fructose thing?

I believe there are quite a few members here who avoid it for that reason. I don't avoid vitamin E in foods, but I'm not soy intolerant, either, (according to Enterolab). I do avoid soy in general, though, since I consider it to be a contraindicated food ingredient, (for everyone, not just those who are intolerant of it), for many other reasons, not the least of which is it's adverse affects on hormonal balances.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
