I have had the opportunity to test some recipes before they go to print for the Gluten Free Girl...
I was notified after I replied to her that I would love to make & taste test for her new cookbook..
I can only share the recipe names:
Focaccia Bread
Spiced walnuts..
Now, that I've prepared them and sent my evaluations, I'm hoping that she'll send me some more..
Both were very simple to prepare...
