Barbara,
Look at the link just above the word "Google", above the forum here, (the link that says "World Time Clock--Time Zones"). Just click on that link, and it will tell you the exact time in various parts of Australia, (and anywhere else in the world, for that matter). Look for the time in "Brisbane" - I believe that's close to where Liz lives.
Luve,
Galahad

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Hi everybody,
What a nice surprise to wake up to. Robert answered the phone & of course he is as deaf as a post. He can usually hear Ok on the phone if he twiddles with his hearing aids first. In any case I heard Barbs voice & bounded out of bed, if you could call the way I get out of bed these day 'bounding', rather more creaking in a slithery way.
It was wonderful to hear her voice. We haven't had a little chat for a while.
I am desperately trying to win Lotto so that I can either take a trip to USA. Wouldn't it be great if we could have a big reunion.
or maybe bring Barb & Lou out here for a holiday. One of these days my ship will come in. I put my numbers in every Saturday night & Robert reckons that I am wasting my money but it is just my little flutter. I don't have any other vices, well not too many anyway, so $15 each week doesn't make me a gambling addict.
Don't know how I would handle the travel but if I win enough I could go first class with the nice bed thingy and all. Or perhaps cruise over
Love

Liz,
Maybe you could come with your friend to the quilting thingie in Houston. I warn you -- way to much walking in the Brown Convention Center. Maybe you could bring your tricycle. There would certainly be plenty of room to ride from place to place there, and not run over anyone.
Seriously, if you ever do get to come with your friend to that, if walking is an issue, you should have someone push you in a wheelchair. It's exhausting to walk the distances in there, much less have an orthopedic problem. Did your friend ever tell you how big that place is?
Hope you are doing well these days. Just happened to pop in and see your post.
Yours, Luce
