For those who are trying to get more/less of something in their diet, there's a good web site: http://www.nutritiondata.com. In the "Nutrion Management Tools" section, there's a button that says "Foods by Nutrients". It's a search tool that will rank foods by highest in... and lowest in.... It lets you search by calories, fat, fiber, sugar, etc. - not just vitamins and minerals and you can limit by category too (i.e. beef products, vegetables, etc.).

Are you eating avocados? I read that a cup of avocado contains 16 g. of fiber. I couldn't believe that! If fiber's an issue, that could be a problem.

Corn is a super-big problems for me.

Good luck at finding your culprit.

Faith,

Good find! According to Wikipedia, avocados have the highest fiber content of any fruit, and 75% of it is insoluble. That's bad news for MCers, to say the least. We can't handle soluble fiber very well, but we can handle it a lot better than we can handle insoluble fiber.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
