Tex, Polly, what do you think about this method?

I know this is about headaches........

"When they are first coming on and while you can still keep some food down, try juice of two grapefruit, or lots of pure water (not distilled), with magnesium. One doctor even prescribed sublingual magnesium for me in a liquid. It comes in a vial bottle which is meant for subcutaneous injection but I just squirt it under the tongue as he instructed. It usually works. Or I drink two glasses of water with an electrolyte mix added. The headaches can sometimes be caused by dehydration."

Joan,

Dr. Schaller is a board certified Psychiatrist in Florida. Here's a site where you can look up patient ratings on doctors. To see his full profile, you have to specifically agree to their terms of use.

Here's a site selling a sublingual magnesium spray, but I know nothing about them:

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

MO, Tex.

I guess I'm trying to avoid spraying myself 4 times a day with magnesium. I doubt that I'd remember all the time and it seems like a pain.

I have used that Vitals site in the past. That psychiatrist's web site is mighty interesting. I see I can have a free 5 minute consult.

Thanks.

Vitals is where I found out about the disciplinary problems of the doctor who did my SpectraCell test.

"Because it is in liquid ionic form it does not need to be processed by the stomach thus no problems.
Of course there is always the exception but very rare."
