I feel guilty cos i aint been on again for a spell...to wish every other birthday...so happy birthday to all of you i missed....

Have to say though its been a pretty good quiet day...although ive got a major flare up...and no i havent eaten anything i shouldnt have sigh!! god!!! im 47 :crazy:


on my pc now and not my itouch soi im hoping to post up those pics of inverness i promised... :roll:
