We had a super day----Kenny and Penny's place is beyond description----simply magnificent and they are wonderful to be with----we had a supper dinner---and just happy to be together~~

Yes---Louie was overcome when he saw Penny carry in the lighted birthday cake----and of course we all sang----a little off key but what the heck---

Of course John Kenny and Louie went into detail of some of their Xperiences while repairing elevators--and us wives had to sit alongside and laugh away too----heck we heard these tales before---but it was funny to watch these guys enjoying retelling the times they had--SO when U ride an elevator and see OTIS --think of these guys---up and down--up and down!!! hahahahaha--

And I shall ask---keep Kenny in your prayers--he is suffering with cancer of the kidneys---and he didnt look very well tonight~~~

It was great that you all had so much fun today, but I'm very sorry to hear of Kenny's cancer. I suppose that makes your time together, today, that much more special, though. Yes, I'll keep him in my thoughts and prayers.

Galahad---thats how I felt when we reconnected with Kenny and Penny--
I thought to myself---if fate deals Kenny a low blow at least Lou and he bonded again--almost like Lou can be of some support to their family~~~

Am so glad that you and Lou were able to reconnect with Kenny and his wife. Time goes by so fast and it's so special when we can share special time with friends we've been out of touch with.

It just goes to show us all that friendships are everlasting especially when we finally connect after a long period of time and things are picked up right where they left off.

Will keep Kenny in my prayers. My love to both you and Lou.
