Okay my foodie friends. I'm pretty sure I've had to add both dairy and soy to my list of no nos. So now what to do about recipies that call for soy sauce. Of course I have some gf soy sauce, but now that seems to bother me. My step-daughter took a cooking class last year through school where they made a wonderful veggie lo mein that if you add chicken too is really a nice meal. My whole family makes do with the gf pasta...tynkiada and I think I'm getting better at cooking it so you'd never know it isn't normal.
Thoughts and suggestions welcome.

3 tablsp white vinegar
2 tsp dark molasses
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix together.
You can double, triple, to the amount that your recipe calls for.
I use this in my chicken/beef stir fry and other recipes that call for soy sauce..
You can add a little sesame oil to this recipe, also.
