If You're Taking One Of The Bisphosphonates For Osteoporosis

Post by tex »

Are you aware of these interactions with food and drugs? IOW, you may have to be careful about when you take these various other drugs, so that they do not interact.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Especially the second article proves that the book I just have been reading is quite accurate. Most of the information in the second link was also in the book.

Harma,

What is the name of that book, in case someone else might be interested in reading it?

Thanks,

I posted this on another post, but thought it was worth also putting here...

Bisphosphonates as one of the drugs that can induce LC. (source: Fernandez-Banares Am J Gastro 2007).

Here is the study.

Which I assume is not good news for those of us with LC and now osteoporosis.

it's a Dutch book, I am 100% sure it is not translated, it is called osteoporose by Braam and Netelenbos. But almost for sure not useful to anyone here.
