Which Caltrate????

Which Caltrate????

There are about 4 different boxes/colors.
Which one is safe for us to take and should it be the one with magnesium????
I will be running to the pharmacy shortly, and they have it on sale this week, so I thought I'd pop in and ask here first..

I definitely wouldn't get the one with magnesium. One of the side effects of magnesium is diarrhea.

Calcium + D - the one with the purple label - I've been taking it for years and it really helped w/ the big D when I had an issue - now vit D supplementation is getting mainstream attention - win-win for us!
