I bought the tub version of Mother's Margarine two years ago during Passover, but I couldn't find any last year. I looked everywhere. There is a stick version available year around, but it has soy in it.
The chocolate chips are made by Lieber's. I also found some chocolate chips made by Oneg. Both are distributed by companies in Brooklyn, NY. The chocolate bars are made by Elite.

You never know what you can do until you have to do it.
I found a good brand of chocolate chips in my local Market of Choice (similar to Whole Foods). It's "Enjoy Life Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips." It's gluten, dairy, soy, egg, nut, fish and shellfish-free.
It says" Made in a dedicated nut-and-gluten free facility." Also says that the chips are processed on a dedicated soy-and-dairy-free line. Ingredients have been additionally tested to insure strict allergen control standards are met."No wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish or shellfish. Also made without casein, potato, sesame and sulfites."
Ingredients listed are evaporated cane juice, chocolate liquor, non-dairy cocoa butter.
They are the small chocolate chips, not the bigger Nestle style, if that makes a difference to you. I know that cookies just aren't the same with the small chips, but I really like them for my pumpkin, chocolate, nut bread.
