A little bit exciting - chapter 2

Post by Gabes-Apg »

Have confirmed it is seaside, 2 hours north of brisbane.

the weather forecast for us is :flowersmiley: closest thing to a bright sun i could find! :boomarang: (sorry to our snow bunnies if you are snowed in and have no power....)

- the reason we have to leave early on saturday morning is that TK - (the keeper) has found a stall at some markets that have a fantastic range of gluten & dairy free frittata's/tarts so TK wanted to go there so i dont have to take as much pre-pared food.

-TK admitted has been intently researching venue for dinner sat night, found a website that listed GF restaurants and then has gone step further to read reviews on them from other websites as he wanted to find the 'best one'

- last night i slaved over the hot stove (in humid weather) have cooked enough stuff that i have back ups for the weekend and meals cooked for the first part of next week.

- tonight after work is the shopping expedition and then all the prep should be done. (phew)

2 more sleeps till the adventure.....

Gabes, I'm really impressed that he cares enough to take on some of the reponsibility/burden of being gluten/dairy free. It sounds like he truly understands and wants to help, rather than being a bit resentful of your diet limitations. I love your name for him, TK! And wishing you a perfectly Norman time.....
