the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and self-control
Hi Mrs. Columbo,
Not to worry - I'm OK. I had to get up at 3:30 am to change out my ileostomy pouch, and then I couldn't get back to sleep. When I finally did get back to sleep, I apparently made up for being short on sleep the previous few nights - I didn't wake up until after 10.
Then, I had a few chores that I had to do, before I could get around to logging onto the board.
At least we're not having a blizzard, like you are. It's a nice spring day, here. It's warmed up so much, yesterday and today, that the snow is almost completely gone.
Luve,
Galahad

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
