loss of smell--a BIG HAZARD

Post by barbaranoela »

Lou sticks something in the toaster over to heat up--I am on the phone talking to my Aunt(in Fall River) after a few minuter I hear L. thumping up from downstairs--running to the toaster oven ---*whats wong??? I ask----Needless to say I did not smell the burning odor of what he was heating up!!!

Oh dear---I say---sorry about the singeing --singeing my *ass* he says--it is burning!!

So from now on--when anything is being cooked/reheated-in the kitchen he and I stick together like glue --
It was--sorta-kinda funny in a way but then I realized my house could go up in flames and Barbara would still be on the phone talking away!!! :yikes:

This is really the *pitz*---so alls well that ends well!!!
