I 100% agree! Dee's recipes have saved my "bacon" more than once. She is a very special person and chef.

Love, Maggie

Awwwwwww!!! Thanks to Gabes-Barb-Maggie!!!!!
This post brought me to tears!!!
Since being diagnosed with MC and then on top of it, getting hit with the food intolerances, I decided that it was not going to get the best of me!!!! I've worked long & hard to work with the different flours and ingredients that we can have, tweaked, and then tested/tried every recipe that I have posted. Plus, I have more huge files of recipes keeping me busy.
I have been in the stage of getting all of them catergorized to be able to get then edited, etc......
I want a cookbook out there that makes it easy for people & kid friendly. Nothing gourmeish, that when people see how easy and inexpensive it can be with the staples that I keep on hand, to make good hearty meals. Cakes, quick breads, muffins, cookies, tarts, pies, etc.......
I have a big priority going on in my life right now, but it will not defeat the goal that I have set out to achieve..
Love To All

It is very very evident that you have put a huge amount of effort into getting the right blend, hence why i wanted to acknowledge that.

I didnt end up doing teriyaki stir fry....
TK (the keeper) had noticed i was looking a bit tired in the afternoon (as he works at the same company) so he surprised me by turning up to my place and told me to go and lay down while he cooked dinner.

it was a bit funny hearing the gruffs and grumbles of him trying to adjust to my kitchen (he is not good with change!!!) and he even put the food on the plate in a very gourmet decorative way.

It was a treat to have a meal (to my specs) cooked for me....

so teriyaki it will be teriyaki stir fry tonight

Now that's really considerate. TK is looking better all the time, isn't he.

he is adjusting...... but he is definately a keeper

how our bodies react to things is still a major mystery to him, he is a facts based person, so the mystery of an ingredient being ok one day but not two days later is a difficult concept. And he senses my unsettlement during this learning and transition stage
