have been sick
ran a temp of 102.4----sat on the bowl letting it all run out and held a pot so as I could vomit as I emptied my inners~~~~
got back to bed only to jump up and take my place on the THRONE and hold the pot and puke-temp went a wee bit higher----
I couldnt stop shaking--had my electric blanket on---a heavy quilt and 2 other blankets plus gloves but shook like a bowl of jello that was about ready to overflow-
Was so dehydrated but manage to slowly get fluid running into me by the night hours--
So shall catch up with all ------

Aw Barbara,
That's a heck of a note. I hope that you're feeling much better by tomorrow. I second Lyn's chicken soup suggestion.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Dear Barbara,
I hope by now that that nasty bug has left your system and you are on the road to recovery. I agree with the others that Lou needs to make you chicken soup. In the meantime, here's a hug from me to you.

Hi Senior,
i am probably a bit late with get well wishes, at least i hope so. With a bit of luck you will be over your bug by now.
As polly says, it sounds like a GI bug rather than a flare up. Much the same as what i had when I was down in Sydney for a three day meeting. Not much fun being like that when you are away from home especially. I had a very understanding room mate who refused to move out to another room that was offered to her. She reckoned that she drank enough port to keep the bugs at bay.
