Hi Gabes

Thanks for asking. In had a "fairly normal norman" this morning, but it d@£@d well should have been with Pepto and immodium the day before.

Been careful today, but tummy a bit "rumbley". I can tell it is not as stable as it has been the last few months, so another two Pepto and immodium tonight. I have a big meeting tomorrow so.....

Anyway, nuf about moi, who are YOU doing?

Love, Ant

he he he i am not one to kiss and tell!

yeah right

I am ok - had acupuncture treatment wed night so that has helped alot. and the D, the excess smelly gas and the stabbing pains have stopped.
i am still on mashed potato or rice, with overcooked meat (all the meated bones i stewed up early in the week)
i will start incorporating 1 or 2 vegetables on the weekend

discussion with naturopath and acupuncturist is that maybe baby food is the thing for me. not too many ingredients at once (ie no more than 3 - 4 different types of vegetables) and overcooked meat.

in my eagerness to be of optimum health i had been making casseroles and frittata's with lots different veges grated up in it. (ie 8 different types of veges)
and maybe some of these ingredients are foods i can only have occaisionally.
I had been making big batches of these so i would have all my lunches for the week to try and make life easier.

que sera sera. i think i had been pushing it as I was trying to be 'normal' and eat meat and veges on a plate
I have realised- that part of my transition is the acceptance of eating meals as at baby food most of the time and only once or twice a week have a normal meal (ie unmashed or unprocessed)

Dear Gabes, woops

Glade you are making some progress on bringing down the flare. I think your comment about eating normal veg, maybe also what is hurting me at present.

All best, Ant
