General Mills seems to stand head and shoulders above most other large companies, when it comes to responding to consumer concerns, regarding allergies and intolerances, caused by the ingredients in their products. I'm not saying that they will necessarily answer your e-mails - what I mean is that I am very confident that they will read what we have to say, and they will consider it carefully, along with all the other feedback that they receive.

Gabes,

In this country, many\most large grocery chains have forms that their customers can fill out, to request that the store begin stocking certain products. I have a hunch that's why the selections of "specialty" foods vary so much from store to store. The same thing might be possible in Australia, for all I know. While checking out, (mostly in new stores), often a clerk will ask if I found everything that I wanted. Usually, if I mention some GF item that I couldn't find, they will hand me a form to fill out, to request that they begin stocking it. I've rarely been offered a form in an "old" store, but I'll bet that they have them - they're just too lazy, (or in too big a hurry), to dig one out. LOL.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
