Birder Alert #2
Hi, Fellow Birders!
Guess what has been coming to my feeder the past few days?? An albino blue jay!!! Pure white and lovely to watch. It's the first albino bird I have ever seen.
I read that the native Americans consider this to be a good omen.
Love,
Polly

there is a web site (i cant get to it via work compauter) it has the meanings relative to if you see a type of bird and if it sings etc. It is a bit similar to the meaning if these birds appear in your dream

Well, I got a photo but will have to learn how to send it (new computer, need transfer new cable). In reading some more, it may be leucistic instead of albino - there are some faint black streaks around the face, which makes it leucistic. Will try to post it.
