Wow. thanks for (re)posting!! That is SO well written, great summary of so much that is relevent to MC and stuff I did not know about corn... All Best, Ant

P.S. One question that popped onto my head while reading is what is the differences between Glutamine and Glutamate. Glutamine - good??... Glutamate - bad??

Joan,

Thanks for posting. We really try to avoid corn because my son is sensitive - if he overdoes it he gets explosive diarrhea. It's so hard becasue corn (along with gluten, dairy and soy) is in everything.

I work with clients with food sensitivities (based on MRT) and I have had clients who have had migraines disappeat when they got off of corn.
