After 4 + weeks of eating the same ingredients and meals (plus retraining my mind that it is not bland) only using a small amount of meds
- Cholestyramine 2 - 3g every 3rd night
- used 1 tablet of loperamide on two occaisions in the past week (interview day and last friday night)
I have had 2 days of what i would call close to normal BM's.
i still have a little bit of bubbly bum.... normally in the afternoon
cramping and discomfort has been gradually decreasing over the past 2 weeks.
In the beginning i had been trying one new ingredient each weekend, but got the feeling this was setting me backwards. Havent tried a new ingredient for 9 days.
Dont worry - i am not going to let the excitement take over and try new ingredients. I am going to stick to this for another 4 weeks at least and the let the healing process continue

Body is definately happiest if I have at least 8 - 9 hours sleep a night
(nanna naps on the weekend also help)
i have my main meal at lunchtime and have a light meal as my dinner
I have been doing yoga stretches and relaxation first up in the morning, this has helped BM timings so that the BM happens before i get ready for work.
Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them - every day begin the task anew.
