Gabes, Angy - Anyone Inerested In A Worldwide Chat . . .

Post by tex »

I'm trying to figure out a time when members from most areas of the world could participate in a chat, if they are interested. 7 pm Eastern Daylight time, on Saturday, for example, would be 10 pm in Scotland, and it would already be 9 am on Sunday morning, in Brisbane, Australia. This would correlate with 6 pm Central Daylight time, and 4 pm Pacific Daylight time, and 7 am Sunday Morning, in Hong Kong, (if my math is correct - which is not a very good fit). :sigh:

Moving the time forward or backward, would seem to make it too early, or too late in one or the other location. Of course, maybe this would work better a day earlier, (10 pm on Friday night in Scotland, and 9 am Saturday morning, in Brisbane, AU).

If we were to shift the time 12 hours, then it would still work for Scotland and Australia, but the time would be a bit early in the U.S. Any thoughts on how these times would or would not fit? Or how they could be changed to make them work better?

Thanks,
Tex

Ok, it's too late to do it for Saturday, (obviously), and very short notice for Sunday, (in Australia), so I suppose we had better try to set it up for next weekend, (rather than this one). Hopefully by then, you, (Gabes), will be back in remission, and feeling good as new. (Unless you'd rather try to do it this weekend).
