I FIND I GET A HUGE STOMACH WHEN I HAVE BEEN EATING SOMETHING THAT IS AN INTOLERANT FOR ME. THEN I LOOK BACK TO SEE WHAT I HAVE EATEN THAT MAY NOT HAVE AGREED WITH ME. Didn't realize the caps button was on!
Just recently my stomach was huge for several weeks and BM's were unpredictable when before this I was very regular. I looked pregnant. I found eating cashews was causing my problem. And then I read that many here cannot tolerate them. I have eliminated them and am more normal again.
I am doing well. My oldest daughter is visiting me from Wisconsin and today we are driving to Sedona AZ to go camping for the weekend with my middle daughter and her four children. That family is all gluten free because of the father, son and now possibly one of the girls (children are 4-11 years old). So there is no problem with being GF, DF, SF while I am with them.
My 11 year old grandson made GF brownies for me and he told his mother he wants to have the brownies and Rice Dream ice cream with me. I told my daughter to check the label for soy. And yes there is soy in it. I will make an exception and eat some ice cream so I don't disappoint him. He is such a sweetheart.
I am going to work on knitting with the two younger girls (8 & 9). I have a new knit necklace pattern for them. I taught them to knit about two years ago. They do amazing work. All four of the children are home schooled and so very smart.
I did find Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss GF,DF,SF ice cream made with cocoanut milk at this site. WHOLE FOODS sell it in my area and are quite far from me. They also have the DAIYA brand GF,DF,SF cheese. I will have to drive over there and try both the ice cream and cheese.

Since I will not have access to a computer, I will not be reading or posting for awhile. I will miss you all.
