Hope you enjoyed your coffee ant, out I also drink espresso now (if they ever will serve a rice milk cappuccino, it would be an option again), home I drink my coffee with rice milk (as a cappuccino). Although one morning I had two double espresso in a cafe, and didn't sleep at all that night. Since than home and out I drink decaf, don't taste a difference and no more nights staring at the ceiling .

The cappuccino with real milk is one of the things I miss the most. Going out with no alcohol I am fine with, almost never going out for dinner too also fine, but going out having a coffee and not be able to have coffee was a thing I was not willing to give up. And you know a lot of things you even don't have to, it is just an adjustment. .

But great you enjoyed your coffee this week, next time :coffee2: :coffee2: :coffee2: :coffee2: ?

Aussie Shiraz is a wonderful red wine.

I like the high bin numbered Lindemans. We had the opportunity to spend a couple of days in the Hunter Valley region in New South Wales. A very nice part of Oz with a great vineyard.

Dear Harma

I think I will stick to no more then three  People in the office think I am already pretty highly strung and do not want me walking on the ceiling!!

Gabes, yup as smooth as a good bottle of Shiraz from Down Under.

Best, ant

(PS. just read in today's news of a rumor that Tsingtao (the huge Chinese brewer) is looking to buy parts of Fosters, especially now Fosters is splitting its beer and wine businesses. )

Yeah for your coffee addiction!

It's my only remaining vice. Hot in the morning, iced in the afternoon and decaf at night.
