i think

Post by Gabes-Apg »

busy day, not much spare time.....

on this trip i was not able to find lactose free milk, so am using small quantity of rice milk for some GF/SF cereal.
and having my coffee black (in Oz i use a small amount of LF milk, but had been reducing the quantity of LF milk in the coffee over the past month)

well occurance of bubbly butt is almost non existant (much less than when i was in Oz) so i guess i am also caesin sensitive....
(doh, that means minimal amounts of vintage crumbly cheese :hissyfit: )

I think caesin is now my mild reaction category so it will be a treat food only.

Gabes,

Good detective work. Not everyone would have noticed that.

I see on the news that south-eastern France is having deadly flooding - the worst in 200 years. I hope it's not that bad where you are, but please do be careful, especially with such a long commute.

Hi Gabes, I have been reading your messages the last couple of days, it almost starts to be a novel "gabes in France". I was just wondering, I was in the train yesterday to Rotterdam and saw in a newspaper something about a lot of rain in france, people evacuated of campsites, flooding in the south of France. Does it cause you any troubles? I hope not.

By the way, the village/town/city in France dated around 120 bc you wrote about earlier, I am almost sure it was founded by Romans. The Romans added that part of France in 121 BC to their empire (in Dutch it is called Gallie, I don't what it is in English).

Gabes for me one of the first signs that I was not tolerating foods was my intolerance to dairy products; that was about 6 years ago. I'm glad you found that out and that reducing or eliminating them may improve your symptoms.

Take care
