Hi All,
It appears that 38 ng/ml is some sort of threshold for a minimum "effective" vitamin D level, regarding the suppression of cold and flu viruses.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

I really need to get mine retested, I had a count of 2 last November and after the 50,000 iu dosing for 3 months and it went up to 35. I have been taking 2000 iu a day now but have not had it checked recently. Although it is summer and I am getting some good sun exposure, I probably should wait until October.
