Morning Charlotte,
Well I must say you have been having a really rough go of it. I surely hope the new GI doctor will be able to help you out but more than likely he will probably go the Entocort route. For me that didn't work due to the side effects. I am surprised that something in the egg yolk would be a problem. So far as the artificial sweetners, I have avoided them all.
Sometimes it just seems like we can't get the right combination on diet as hard as we try.
Good luck and hope you get a great GI.
Love, Maggie

Charlotte, I hope your appointment with your GI went well today.
I also keep getting people suggesting that I stop drinking coffee, ... (a message from the the universe ?
) but I also did it years ago and it didn't make a difference. I suspect if some people get better when they do, it may because of what they put IN their coffee. I don't want to face giving up another big thing right now, and I do love my cofee!
I didn't know tht about taking L-glutamine on an empty stomach. If I stop the LDN I will definitely go back to taking L-glutamine; I do believe it was helping , but I can't take it with the LDN.
