great Charlotte het Entocort is working so well. And very wise to take a dosage as low as possible and see the diet as the main strategy to remission. And you are a swimmer too? I don't go every day, but three times a week. I love to swim. My gym has a pool. But since my osteoporoses diagnoses I combine my swimming with walking on the treadmill. Sometimes I also try to do some weight machines, but I find it so boring. I do only do three for my upper body and that's it no more. After that I immediately run to the pool for the fun part my swimming!!!
