well, the flights are ticketed i will be in Canberra on Wednesday.

down and back in the same day, i have meetings until about 2pm and my flight departs at 5pm.

the location of the meetings is at the Defence Offices, at Brindabella Park Offices 1 - which i believe is 'next door' to the airport.

I understand if the short time in the afternoon is not convenient for a meet up. I will be back down to Canberrra for a 2 - 3 night stay in Late November.

please do not change any of your meetings, based on some conversations late yesterday afternoon there is a 30% chance that my meetings will go overtime and i would really hate it if you changed your day and i get held up.

understand that you are probably having a busy week given you were off work last week enjoying a relax in Cairns

I have a 3pm meeting which is hard to change and is just at the wrong time with your schedule. It also takes 25+ minutes to get from here to the airport at the moment with roadworks causing hassles. So I don't think this is going to work out.

Text me if you get any last minute changes, and I'll let you know if my situation changes as well. At the moment it isn't looking promising.

i would feel really guilty if you changed meetings and then i was not available.

next time..... I may even be down again before November, depends on the outcomes of today.
