Sorry you're having this problem. There are 3 ways to add images to posts. One involves HTML code to add the URL of the stored image, but the image has to be stored on a remote server before you can do that. The other 2 options are more practical, since they automatically store the image on a remote server for you.
This one requires more steps to complete the process, so it is the more difficult of the two:
