What's your favorite GF white bread?

What's your favorite GF white bread?
So far I have tried just two brands:
Udi's and Food for Life
The Food for Life White Rice Bread was not so good, it wouldn't stay together on a sandwich, when you pick up your sandwich it all fell into puzzle pieces. And the taste was a bit chalky and heavy.
Udi's was better, a bit lighter and held together better, the taste wasn't too bad.

For ready-made, Kinnikinnick makes some fairly decent bread, but Udi's is probably better. My favorite is a mix from Breads from Anna, which is available in several versions, including some yeast-free options:

I notice they have several new pancake mixes. I'll have to try them to see how they rate, since I haven't seen any ratings on the net, by anyone who's tried them. I see that they even have a new "Herb Bread", which is gluten, corn, dairy, soy, nut (including peanuts), and rice-free, and it's also GMO-free. That's pretty impressive, if it's worth a hoot.
Unfortunately, though, Anna's breads contain flours made from, (among other things), tapioca, and beans, and chickpeas, so keep that in mind if those items bother you. The xanthan gum that they use, however, is certified to be corn-free, which is a plus for those sensitive to corn.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
I don't eat bread but my family likes a local brand called Gluten Free Houston (they might ship it - not sure). They also like O'Doughs but it has soy. Glutino Flax bread is decent. As for mixes I have tried Gluten Free Pantry French bread and it turned out great.

Udi's is as good as it gets for GF bread. I think it's pretty good - but then again I haven't had "real" bread in nearly 10 years, so my recollection is probably rusty, LOL! It has the best texture and stays together the best. Falling apart is a common problem with GF breads. I've tried many, and Udi's is definitely the best as far as store bought. I'm sure some homemade is better (?) but I have neither the time nor the inclination to bake my own...
