Great news Ginny, having no BM's in over 24 hours is an amazing treat. However, the best part is when the energy level increases. Since I stopped the yeast, my energy level has been elevated, and it makes a HUGE difference in life quality. Wishing you continued success in your struggle to conquer MC ........ Kari

Ginny, glad to hear you are doing so well. Yes, I am always amazed at how much I can get done in just one day when I feel "spot on" good.
