Curious, does your GI doc link gluten to MC?

My GP was the same! It did annoy me a bit, but at least she was honest and said so! (She had done a bit of research though to find out a little bit)

That is interesting, Naty. My GP is from Northern Ireland. I guess they don't teach about LC over in the UK. He had heard of Collagenous but knew little about it. And yes, I appreciate his honesty too.

When I get my entocort from the GI doc he gives me a prescription for a year. Family doc will only do one month at a time since he isn't familiar with CC nor entocort..he has no other patients with CC or taking entocort. He was very helpful before I was diagnosed and got me to a doctor who finally did the right diagnosis...he lets me manage in any way I find that works:) He is always careful when prescribing medication so as not to upset anything to do with my guts..LOL
