Linda, ditto to everything that has been said! Nothing like feeling good, is there? Keep us posted. You have a plan and I like Charlotte's idea as well. I got off Entocort by doing the every other day, but then went to every two days and then off. BUT I had been on Entocort for a year now so the length time you need on the meds, IMO depends on the severity of your intolerances. I got off Entocort once before after only using it for 2 1/2 months. Thought I was just A-okay and then the OTHER intolerances chimed in and back to the Entocort for the last 6 1/2 months.

Congratulations, you deserve it! :bouncing: Ginny

Hi Ginny;
Thanks for the words of wisdom. Yes, I am a little concerned that only being on it for three months will not be long enough so I may rethink my strategy and stay on my one pill a day longer before tapering down. From what many others have said, it is easy to think, 'Hey, I'm ok" and yet it is too soon and you are not really OK yet.

I had been using diet and LDN for 4 months, with some success, before starting Entocort, during which time many of my other intolerances have surfaced, too, so I feel at least I am ahead of the game in that department. Hopefully nothing else will show up!!
