The flag is still nice!!! Honestly, I can't recall what I did to post my avatar. I do recall struggling with getting it the right size. I'm still not happy with it. I have the max size and max MB per the site requirements, yet it still looks smaller and grainier that the avatar's of others. Good enough I guess.

I tried it and it did not work for me (in Firefox, on a Mac). The first time it did nothing, so I tried checking delete under the flag before I hit submit, and that time it told me my profile was updated, but I don't see it. Maybe it takes awhile for it to show up. I dunno.....

How's that for ignoring your post, LOL.
