Guar-free Coconut Milk

I actually posted this on another thread, but thought I would bring it out front since many of us are using coconut milk as part of our diet. I have found a great source for guar-free coconut milk at a Chinese market in my area. They carry several brands and are inexpensive compared to the health food store variety. One time I only paid 79cents per can, but now it's about $1.20. Sometimes they'll get a new brand in and it will be marked lower than the rest. They also carry a coconut cream that I have experimented with and used. It might be worth it for you to check out a Chinese or other Oriental market in your area and see if you find the same thing.
