Back Pain

I have read in this forum that MC can cause joint pain, but I am having some back pain in my lower and mid back, its almost like a spasm. Would this be caused by MC or just cause I am getting older, LOL??

Hi Randy, I have found that MC can cause both joint pain and related muscle pains. These usually occur when I have eaten something that I should not have. For me the joint and muscle pain is in the elower back, hips and knees.

Quite a few members have reported lower back pain during MC reactions. Back when I was reacting, not only did I often have back pain such as you describe, but I usually had a stiff, sore neck, to go with it.

yep sometimes it runs all the way up between my shoulders and my neck. Ok, well another thing to look forward to not having any more. Wow there is really allot to this.
