Something new has been added.
Today at lunch I at some rice I cooked last night which I ate some of it last night, and I added a can of Starkist Tuna packed in water, along with that I had some cheese and another one of my GF biscuits with some butter and honey.
The tuna was the only thing new that I have added to my diet.
I am feeling hot and flushed, sweaty palms, brain fog bad and for a few seconds I thought I was going to pass out, my ears are ringing louder than usual, I have alway had ringing ears for as long as I can remember. I have had this feeling before several months ago, of course I was not on a GF diet then, but it was when I ate a bowl of cream of wheat and then took my insoluble fiber supplement. Of course I no longer take the fiber supplement or eat cream of wheat.
It seems to be fading now and I wonder if it was just another anxiety attack.
What about tuna and honey, any advice on those two items?
Hoping to feel better since it is date night with my wonderful wife.

Randy, the Starkist tuna packed in water doesn't just have water, it has veggie broth added to enhance flavor that contains soy. You really have to look around to find tuna that's just packed in water, no broth, but it's out there. Here is what I copied from the Starkist web site:

I hope you are feeling better!LIGHT TUNA (FISH), WATER, VEGETABLE BROTH (SOYBEANS), SALT

If you check labels you can sometimes find tuna and chicken packed in water only... just when you find a brand like that.. lo and behold .. one day you eat it... after eating it for months and find yourself running to the john... why??? Because the canners decide to add "stuff" to the water.. you have the watch the labels every time you buy anything.
Early on I could drink Sam's cola... then one day I got sick after months of buying Sams Cola... they switched from saccharine one of the new artificial sweeteners! The bottles looked the same.. no notice that ingredients had changed.
It all comes down to Food Buyer Beware:)
