I'm hoping so Tex... Leda's GF Tim Tams are a great treat.. I was planning on waiting another week before trying again.

Its great that you like the syrup.. Parker's Maple Barn is probably the best example of old world craftsmanship that you will find in new England, every product they make is about as simple and as pure as you can possibly get.
