Rich, this statement is exactly how I feel:
dread the cycle repeating every morning, and seemingly, growing longer year over year
I couldn't wait to go to bed, but then I started thinking about the morning and you feel like you are just going in circles. With working, I found that I had to add another hour to my normal routine to allow myself the time needed before leaving for work or anywhere; you just can't rush me!

Stick with the diet, it will eventually help you feel better. I've been at this a year and though my Enterolab results are higher than most here and I have had ANOTHER setback, I am still much better than a year ago thanks to Entocort and diet. So it is still two steps forward and one backwards until the day we can just have steps forward! Ginny
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change those things I can, and WISDOM to know the difference
