Bisquick gluten free baking mix

Bisquick now has a gluten free baking mix and it's not half bad. For those that can tolerate the bisquick mix there is a recipe on the side of the box called "oven baked chicken." I made it tonight and it was darn good :) I didn't eat much of it because chicken gives me the belly burns alot of the time, but the family ate it up and really liked it.
