Post by Gabes-Apg »

we talk alot about 'listening to our bodies'

this article is a good re-affirmation of the importance of really stopping, and listening to our bodies.

keeping the food/activity diary and noting my bodies reactions not only helped me with MC management for me, it has given me a means of understanding my bodies reactions, I didnt have this skill pre MC....

whether you are having a good week or a challenging week, hugs to all
