I know how you feel. I lived on white rice and chicken for a year.. sometimes changed it to chicken and white rice...LOL I did find some canned tune and chicken in water only... no additives at all.. but it was expensive. I made some gluten free cookies an few times and ate the whole batch out of the oven.. not a good idea:)

There are others here who actually know how to cook.. hopefully they will give you some more helpful suggestions...

Try fish, and/or uninjected pork, lamb, or turkey. Very very few of us cannot tolerate irish potatoes, and most of us can tolerate sweet potatoes, (unless we are unusually sensitive to fiber content). Look in Dee's Kitchen. There are at least several hundred proven recipes there, that are free of gluten, dairy, and soy, and substitutions are given for eggs, flour mixes, etc.

Various teas work for most of us, when home-brewed. I drank a lot of unsweetened tea, when I was recovering. Welches 100% grape juice may be OK, if you are not sensitive to sulfites. Some of us have used it by diluting it 50-50 with Club Soda, (this is Polly's creation), to make a refreshing carbonated drink. If you are avoiding virtually everything, (including corn and HFCS, there is at least one soft drink that is safe, and available at some health food stores - Virgil's Root Beer. Be aware that most bottled tea contains artificial sweeteners, (which are a no-no for almost anyone with MC), or HFCS, which contains corn, of course.

Also, most alcoholic drinks are "safe", as long as they are not blends, (that are blended back with malted beverages). Beer is off limits, because it contains gluten, but there are so-called gluten-free beers available, which are actually low-gluten, in most cases, not truly GF, (but below the 20ppm limit). Wine may be okay, if you are not sensitive to sulfites and/or yeast.

some fresh salmon cooked to well done.... salmon is full of great nutrients and is an 'easy' item for your body to digest.

when i feel hungry I snack on cooked chicken i find a small portion of protein solves hunger better than carbs.
and i used watered down apple/blackcurrent juice, it is clear no fibre, full of Vit C

Herb teas. Chamomile, peppermint, ginger etc. Avoid blends with added 'flavours' - look for ones with just the pure ingredient.

Other forms of meat should be fine. Are you avoiding all sugars and fructose? If not, adding honey to overcooked white rice can be comforting.

I liked using eggs. They didn't bother me even when I was bad - but of course some folk have problems with them. Protein really helps to manage hunger.
