I just bought a new cookbook.
Multi-Allergy Cookbook by Lola Workman (cost me $6.99 at QBD)
All recipes are free from gluten, dairy, soy, corn, onion, garlic, sulphites, guar gum or xanthan gum. She does use Xylitol in some recipes to make them low sugar. Recipes are also labeled if they have yeast.
She uses agar or gelatin instead of the gums.
It has some interesting recipes - including spring roll wrappers (yay!), turkish delight and 'whipped cream'. Lots of sweets and baked goods.
She has a website - http://www.wheatfreeworld.com/ but no free recipes.
Anyway, you might want to keep an eye out for this book.

Thanks Lynn, I'm going to get that one. I also received my new Paleo Diet Cookbook today that I preordered. I think Polly told us about it originally and I ordered it at that time. I'm going to peruse that when I go to bed tonight.
