Celie, I sent my specimen in the Monday after Thanksgiving, so I'm expecting the results just in time to make Christmas hard!

Theresa, thanks for posting links to recipe sites. I'm gathering lots of information just in case I have multiple intolerances. I keep hoping not, but I'm trying to gear myself up to accept it if it comes. I guess we all have to do that, and the people on this forum are so good at encouraging us to stick with it. Thanks, everybody!
